If you receive a damaged product, please refuse at delivery. If you find any other damage problems, please report to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to refund or replace your product at no extra charge to you. Just click on the "Contact Us" tab and include your order number and a description of the problem.
